Reflective Journal Week 4, Phase 1

     Week 4 ( 14/11/2022 to 18/11/2022 )
                
                        The fourth week began on 14 th November and ended on 18th November, 2022. This week the school was the platform for sub- district arts festival that we couldn't get classes. Instead we were assigned the stage duties. The first day I was assigned the room duty to coordinate the students for Arabic, Sanskrit, Tamil recitation.Also the teachers of the school colour coordinated the four days by wearing yellow, pink, blue and Kerala sari on the four days respectively.
  
On 15 th November,Thiruvathira, Bharathanatyam, Kuchipudi were performed in Stage 1 and it was extremely good to see the participants in their colourful costume.The following days the other stage items like ,Mohiniyattam ,Kerala Natanam,Mookabhinayam,Kolkali,Parichayamutt were also performed.

The last day of the Sub- district Arts Festival was on 18 th November,2022.The last day I was assigned the duty of data entry, and to help the BRC team in their calculations.
 I could watch this day,Tamil speech,Kannada recitation, Hindi Recitation, English skit etc and it was such a great experience for me .
The first spell got over by 18 th November,2022.This day we were asked to arrange the benches and desks of the classrooms since the coming day an exam was to be conducted in the school.
This day I was also asked to arrange the laptops of IT lab and to check their functioning. After that we made arrangements for leaving the school by taking the permission of the teachers and the head master.

INNOVATIVE WORK        The innovative work was made with the intention of teaching grammar through story. The story was given a name, Three Friends✨.Then, the idea of nouns ,verbs and adjectives were transacted using the three characters of the story;Noun, Verb, Adjective.The class was really interesting and the students actively engaged in the class. The students were first of all asked to share their experience about the traditional method of teaching and towards the end of the class their experience changed and gave me a positive feedback regarding the class and they curiously sat in the class with full attention.
