Second Spell Week 6

Week 6 ( 30/01/23 to 03/02/23 )
    
         This week I covered my portions in 9.G,8.G and 8.C. Tuesday we had morning assembly and we planned to distribute the prizes for the competitions ( Badge Making Competition and Republic Day Quiz ).We wrapped up all the prizes in gift papers and we also prepared the certificates for the winners. Also, in the assembly the Student teachers of KTCT College of Teacher Education conducted a mime based on the theme of following traffic signals. The students did it very well and they succeeded in conveying the message to the audience.The mime lasted for five to eight minutes, but it changed the mindset of atleast few.
             On 01/02/2023, we had our second optional observation. We were informed by Reetha ma'am to arrange the classes.
I was the first to take the class, so I went to my 8.G class by 9.30 am and began my class, by the time Reetha ma'am was led by Deepthy. P to my class. Reetha ma'am observed our classes  and gave us a constructive feedback and she also spent some time with us, and took a group photo with us.
          This week we took time to prepare the diagnostic and achievement tests. We prepared the test based on the lessons of 9th standard. We prepared the test items together and proofread the questions many times and sent it to Reetha ma'am and we got the tests corrected from her and we planned to put the test the very next day
         Thursday we put the diagnostic test and each of the student teachers corrected their papers and gave back the answer sheets to the students the next day.
           Also, this week we had Principal's visit to our school. Sheeba ma'am shared her time and words with us and she corrected our records and reflective jouranals and went back.
           This week too I got substitution periods and I engaged the students with different language games and reading games.
