Week 7 of teaching practice

Week 7 
This week too we were asked to engage free periods in class sixth and seventh and we did disclpline duty and served food for the students.

This week I took model lesson plan for the students of VIII.E.Metaphor and question tags were taken for the students using appropriate models.The concept was made clear to them by making use of ICT opportunities.
Being the leader for the school I had the responsibility of taking the photos of the attendance register in the morning and evening,so without any failure I did it on time .

Then,all.the trainees of the school contributed some amount for the school and bought some plates and it was handed over to the Head Master of the school,Anilkumar Sir.It was informed by the head master that Vaishnav of class IX.F got the opportunity to meet the Prime Minister as he won in the ‘Man Ki Bat 'quiz.

Then,this week I took time to correct the answer sheets of diagnostic test and the marks of the students were recorded in a paper.The difficult areas of the students were found and I planned of taking necessary remedial teaching measures.The note books of the students were collected for correction and the mistakes were noted and the students were told about their mistakes and it was told to the class as a whole too.

Then, the students were put a dictation on the same week since many of the students mistakes in writing words.The students were asked to write the words which they got wrong five times in their notebooks.

INNOVATIVE WORK        The innovative work was made with the intention of teaching grammar through story. The story was given a name, Three Friends✨.Then, the idea of nouns ,verbs and adjectives were transacted using the three characters of the story;Noun, Verb, Adjective.The class was really interesting and the students actively engaged in the class. The students were first of all asked to share their experience about the traditional method of teaching and towards the end of the class their experience changed and gave me a positive feedback regarding the class and they curiously sat in the class with full attention.

 WORK TO TEACH PREFIX AND SUFFIX  I made a work to teach Prefix and Suffix and named my work as PREFIX FLOWER AND SUFFIX FLOWER ,I did this work with the intention of enriching the vocabulary of the learners.When the work was presented to the learners, they were very excited and they curiously looked at the work.The work was implemented on the class and the learners could get a complete idea of the concept of prefix and suffix.The learners were super excited when the work was given in groups.
