Week 4( 18/07/2023-22/07/2023)                     This week we had optional observation of Reetha ma'am. The students were really active and had good response too that I got good feedback from Ma'am.Also, this week we were assigned discipline duty and as a result we were to serve meals for the students , also thr breakfast.                   This week students had a Quiz competition based on the death anniversary of Basheer.I conducted the quiz for class VIII: E and the winners were selected from the competition and the names were given to the concerned teacher.The caricature of Basheer was placed on the notice board as part of his death anniversary.                  This week Sangeetha ma'am came for observing our classes and she gave us a constructive feedback on our classes.She went back happily and shared her opinion that the students of our sc...

Week 2 (19/06/2023-23/06/2023)        This week the school celebrated Reading Day as part of the death anniversary of P. N. Panicker.On 19 th of June, the school conducted a special assembly where the Head Master of the school, Anilkumar Sir, addressed the students. As part of reading day, the school made a Letter Tree   with messages of reading and its importance. Then, the school walls and pillars were decorated with Malayalam letters and it was such a beautiful sight for the onlookers.        The students were given a competition by the trainees of our college to write slogans, and they presented catchy slogans with good messages.The other competitions co ducted in the week included, the quiz competition which was done class wise. As part of our second internship I was assigned to do teaching practice at Govt. Model Boy's Higher Secondary School, Attingal.The teaching practice began on 14th of June, 2023. Week 1 (14/06/2023-16/06/2023)   This week I began my journey of the second phase of my teaching practice. I entered the school campus of GMBHSS, Attingal with high spirits and a heart full of joy and happiness.This week I went to my class, VIII:E and made a rapport with the students by engaging in some casual talks. I introduced myself to them and they were really happy to see their English teacher.          Also this week, we were given the charge of discipline duty by the school. So, we served the meal and breakfast for the students.           14/06/2023-16/06/2023                               The second phase of teaching practice began on 14 th of June 2023.I was assigned to do teaching practice at GMBHSS, Attingal. I was extremely delighted to go to the school after a long gap. Also, this time I was the school leader. We were 12 in number and trainees from the departments like English, Natural Science, Social Science were there.

Week 3 (26/06/2023 - 28/06/2023) This week went well with lots of programmes and duties.This week we were assigned the morning duty to serve breakfast for the students.Then, we all went back to our classes and some to the staffroom.Then, we had inauguration of various clubs. Then, we attended the class of anti-drugs awareness conducted by an officer for the cadets of NCC.The school had an anti-drugs rally which started from school and went to Attingal bus stand. The Head Master of the school inaugurated the Anti-drugs campaign by flag off ceremony. This week Sangeetha ma'am came for observing the classes of the student teachers and she gave us a constructive feedback on the same. This week too I engaged the students of class sixth and seventh.The students drew pictures and sang songs during the free hours and they asked about me and we played language games with them in groups and the students were very much involved in the game and they literally were thrilled to play the game.
